What We Are All About
RSM is ALL ABOUT preparing students to produce waves of revival in this world. We want to inspire them to feed the hungry, clothe the naked, bring justice to the victimized, and show Jesus to the lost.
We want to COMPEL STUDENTS TO KNOW AND SERVE GOD so that they can have an undying passion to make Jesus known throughout the planet.
We teach and program strategically. We attempt to accomplish our goals by implementing our core values.

Devotion
God desires to relate with us personally. We want more than anything for students to experience God on a personal level that will enable them to rediscover time and again the wonder of knowing Jesus Christ intimately. John 12:3
- Our students will have a passion to know God more and seek Him daily through discipline.
- Our students will learn to worship God with their lifestyle.
Connection
We will help our students not only build essential relationships while in youth group, but teach them the value of long-lasting authentic friendships, for friends determine the quality and direction of one’s life. Heb 10:25
- Through D-Groups, our students will connect with a group of friends who will challenge them and hold them accountable.
- Our students will be encouraged to have a mentor, mentees, and accountability partners.

Preparation
Our desire is for every student to become a devoted disciple, to love God with their mind, and to develop a perpetual hunger for knowledge of God. 2 Tim 4:2
- Our students will be equipped to study the Word for themselves and to seek God with their whole hearts.
- Our students will be equipped to lead others to a thriving relationship with Jesus Christ.
Mission
Every student will understand that he/she is created with a specific Kingdom purpose and will passionately seek that path in life. Acts 1:8, Micah 6:8
- Our students will discover their gifts, talents, and passions to serve God and others through organized missions and ministry to those in need.
- Our students will not only be trained to share and defend their faith, but also be passionate about reaching the lost.
